This website (the “Site”) is operated by Innovations Numériques BD Outlier Inc. (“BD Outlier”, “we”, “us”, “our”), based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. Our Site explains our services and links you to the Outlier3D login. (Use of Outlier3D is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.)

The Site may link to third‑party websites or services. Those services are not controlled by us and have their own terms and privacy policies.
1.5 No Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error‑free.
1.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BD Outlier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under Québec law—including liability for bodily or moral injury, or for material injury caused by intentional or gross fault.

1.8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of the Judicial District of Montréal, Québec.
